Compliance Statement
Public statement of commitment to Bribery Act 2010
LPM Outsourcing have an anti corruption policy which has been introduced ahead of The Bribery Act 2010 which comes into force on 1st July 2011.
Whilst we do not consider ourselves a high risk, due to the nature of our business, the trustworthiness, stability & experience of our staff and the monitoring in place, we have put steps in place to safeguard our integrity.
We have a Whistleblowing procedure where staff who have any suspicions of malpractice or bribery, or if staff are approached to accept a bribe, or if there is a suspicion that one of our suppliers has been approached, this will be reported to the General Manager.
While this act is not intended to stop corporate hospitality, it does promote proportionality and a common sense approach. Any gifts or hospitality received by our staff with a value exceeding £100.00 will be declared to the General Manager.
We adopt robust accounting processes & procedures which demonstrate a clear segregation of duties and accountability.
